Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting us at hello@macadve.in.

Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Custom, personalized, or made-to-order products are not eligible for cancellation.

For prepaid orders, approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

To request a cancellation, please provide your order number, product name, and contact number.
